1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mvph online gaming platform ("Platform"), accessible at mvph.cam and any related mobile applications or services. 4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

10. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Arbitration Association.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

mvph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Multiple account creation
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform features
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. mvph will process any outstanding withdrawable balance in your account, minus any amounts owed to us, within thirty (30) days of termination, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

12. Amendments to Terms

mvph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
